Invalid transaction of my business account

I have a fnb business acc, i went to draw out R2300.00 at the standard bank atm in albert street on the 06-03-2013 (used this atm as its closer to were i work) i went to atm followed procedure (entered pin and amount i wish to draw out) the atm machine said please wait for about 5 mins and then the whole screen goes red and says machine out of order. it took my card and no slip or money was returned. security advised me to go to my bank and report it. so i went to the bank to get a new card card ordered. I asked consultant at bank (not sure of name) if any transactions went of my acc, he said NO. so i was at ease. then i got back to my office and when i logged on to my online banking, it shows me that the transaction of R2300. went of my account, but i did not receive the money. Had to make another trip back to the bank @ queen street waited in the queue for another half hour. Spoke to the same consultant that ordered a new card for me. He filled out an afidavid and said ther department needs to investigate and they will contact me aswell. HE ADVISED IT TAKES SEVEN DAYS! and fnb will refund me the money after there investigation.. Its been well over seven days and ntgs done
