I was advised by a standard bank employee that i will not be faced with the same problem that i had in the month of december however i am facing the same problem again. I emailed the consultant, Nkululeko Sithole, that assisted me and that said that i must advise him if i encountered any probems. i mailed him twice and till today i had no response. i called the call centre on thursday (7/02/2013) and spoke to Thando who advised that the money will be in my account (standard bank account) the next day. no money has been transfered into my account and no one is getting back to me. can someone please assist.
