Unauthorized double deduction on account

I am utterly disgusted with how African Bank operates. I have 3 loans with them, made a default in payment last month and phoned their contact centre to make arrangements. I spoke to a consultant and advised that I want the normal instalment to go trhough via debit order and i would pay the outstanding via their Russells/Beares stores. I have been advised taht I could do this by one of their branch in Gugulethu Mall (CPT) but upon discovering that money was taken TWICE from my account, I was informed that the lady MISINFORMED me as African bank doesn't do cash payments but debit only...

They have taken over R2, 000 off from my account and I cannot pay any other accounts because of this. What does making arrangements mean to them? I'm really frustrated and at my wits end. I went to 2 branches and was referred to their call centre, received such rudeness and in the end was promised a call on a Sunday. Surely I was being fooled as no call was received by me from them. I am requesting a refund and have made arrangements... PLEASE!!!
