PENSION PAYOUT

I sent application for pension payout on 12 February 2013 to Liberty, I was told that it will take 7 working days for the money to be paid into my account. I have been phoning them for the whole of last week and everytime i get a new story, i do not know what to do anymore. I am unemployed and on chronic medication, i need the money to pay for among others my medication and to settle my accounts. I am fed up with the call centre staff because it is like they are not working for the same company. Each one of them tells a different story and the last 1 I spoke to, said the money will be paid last Friday, 1 March 2013. This morning, 4 March 2013 i am told another story that a request was emailed that R5000 should be left with Liberty and I did that when i filled in the forms since the consultant explained to me. I really need my money because i do not know what to tell my creaditors anymore since I'm being to by Liberty.
