I have made arrangements with African Bank that I am unemployed and that they should not take the debit order until I am. Employed and can make payments again. I made arrangements to start paying again in Mei 2013 and will then catch up with the outstanding payments as soon as I can. African bank put through the two debit orders again wich cost me R230 in banking fees because there wasn't enough money in my account. I have requested a recording from african bank where I made arrangements but I still didn't get a copy of the recording. This results. In my name showing as a bad payer and reflects badly on my credit profile.
