African Bank
First double debited??? to

I am very disgusted with the service I have received from african bank, I have got 4loans with them and last month was the first month I was on a default by not making payment but I called in and explained, and was promised that I would not be double debited, but on receiving my salary I was double debited even after making prior arrangements, and I have other accounts that also needs to be taken care of, even after so much I still called them and was promised that the money would be refunded within 48hours, it is 2days later and the money is still not in my account. On seeing this I called them once again but this time the call centre agent tells me that they cannot refund me, please help because I'm tired of being to all the time!!! unsatisfied custome
