Please can someone help me

I have completely lost it with Standard bank. I am getting constant calls being told i am R1500.00 Over my C/card limit. This is due to the fact that SB has decided to migrate garage cards with C/cards and not bother telling the customers, without increasing the limits on the cards to cater for this. I have phoned the call centre several times, to be told i am correct that there is a problem. Noone is prepared to help and frankly i am sick of it, i get hung up on, transferred to numerous numbers. get told that they will call me back. and nobody is interested. i am sick and tired of it. And want to take this as far as i can. The last straw was on friday after getting told again that i am overdue. i phoned a customer consultant, when told she will get a supervisor i got put on hold for 12 mins and noone got back to me. then after phoning again i get told i will call you back in half an hour. well that didnt happen either. i would like someone that is cared about there customers to listen to all the tapes and correspondence of all calls. When will this get sorted, it has been going on for far to long now, nearly 4 weeks. Standard bank admits there fault but wont fix it.
