Never get threw and when i do they hangup!

I have a problem with both of my cards credit and cheque, according to them my cards are blocked for online purchase because i never confirmed that i received my cards... i signed for them at the bank, and now i have to phone the number the call centre gave me for cards-department.. When i phone, im on hold for average 15min, i have called 6 times. I managed to get threw once then they hung up..

Then i call the call centre again they transfer me and i sit on hold again for another 15min and more.. 3 out of the 5 times im cut off..

This is more aimed at the cards department.

Ive been with standard bank for just over a month and im already regretting it. This is not the first problem i have had so far..
