I was hijacked 3 weeks ago, and as if thats not traumatizing enough, Standard bank has to make the experience that much worse.
The only positive thing is that u can collect a temporary card immediately.
I had to go into the bank to collect my new cards, I arrived a few minutes after 15.30, I had to get a lift as i no longer had a car. I then had to arrange to get to the bank the following day where i collected my new cards. I set up my new internet banking while i was at the bank, because your exisitng setup gets closed as u hav to use your card no. rather than a user name to log on
I then left the bank
I went home to do all my overdue payments.
All my beneficiaries were now lost and i couldnt make a payment anyway because my limit was set on 0. U also cant increase a limit set on 0 over the phone, so once again u have to go into the bank.

I now found out they have accidently taken me off staff rates when my new cards were issued, as I am emplyed by Liberty and am told to please go into my nearest branch

Also, on 13/02/2013, I emailed to cancel my student loan, I no longer wanted it as i was told different info as to where it would need to be paid. I now hear it has not been closed.
