ABSA MAG TAPE DEPARTMENT ARE USELESS AND RUDE, TO

I hold for far too long, someone outside of the Magtape department eventually picked up the phone, it took her 10 minutes to assist me, and she was afraid to put the call through to them as they were rude to her.

I am glad I do not bank with Absa
