Tired of ABSA Bank calling and being rude

I am so tired of Absa Bank calling me and being so rude over the phone, I have honestly been trying to pay my account on time - I am sure records can show this, all I keep hearing is that there is going to be legal action taken and the amount keeps increasing and increasing... when am I ever going to be done with this. Can someone who can actually HELP ME give me a call please? instead of call center agents trying to make targets and being so demanding and rude!!! I am not asking for miracles just someone who can speak to me like I am a human being.
