DOES ANYONE AT ABSA BANK KNOW THE PENSION FUND NUMBER. I CALLED 7 DEPARTMENTS WHICH KEPT ON GIVING ME DIFFERENT NUMBERS TO CALL. I AM AN X-STAFF MEMBER AND CAN CLEAR UNDERSTAND WHAT THE CLIENTS GO THROUGH. I ACTUALLY HAD ONE LADY WHO SAID SHE CANNOT HELP AS I HAVE LEFT ABSA AND SHOULD CALL ANOTHER NUMBER. I AM NOT TOO SURE IF SHE WAS ABLE TO HELP OR NOT. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AS WHEN I EVENTUALLY GOT TO THE CORRECT DEPARTMENT I WAS TOLD THAT THE GUY IS BUSY AND HAD TO HOLD FOR LITERALLY 20 MINUTES AS HE WAS THE ONLY ONE. WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THAT DEPARTMENT. TO DATE I HAVE NOT BEEN HELPED.
