E-mail sent 4th February-still no response!!!

I have a problem on my cheque card whereby a company continually tries to debit my account even though I do not want their product. I sent a dispute report via e-mail on the 4th of February and I still have not had a response-1 month later!!! I sit in the situation where this company has tried to debit my account for three days in a row because the bank has not had the decency to assist me. I want the matter resolved today or I will be going to the banking ombudsman.

And trying to contact the dispute call centre is a joke as they are always "experiencing high call volumes"!!!
