My bb was collected on the 5th of feb 2013 and I have been foning week in week after week after this callsure ppil bt everytime they say they will get back 2 me bt up until now no1 have ever made contact with me after all they just a bunch of I wish I neva send the fone to them in the 1st place and I have paid allready I just want them 2 give my fone back so I can cancel the insurance I surely believe ill get far better service elsewhere its more then a month and still I'm waiting 4 my fone and the sad part is I have a new fone allready... callsure u really bigtime...
