Last year we bought 2 blackberry 9790 phones at MTN on a contract when they offered us insurance and we took it. 2nd of january woke up with the phone under my pillow not working so i took it back to MTN 2weeks later was told it was damaged by water and to contact our insurance. Thats when i realised they were selling on behalf of callsure. I called Callsure and was told to pay 10% which was R520 that i paid into their Finrite bank account on the 25th of january and faxed the proof of payment and copy of ID which i called again to confirm they have recieved it. I was told that the couriers will pick up the fone on the 29th of january on a tuesday. Tuesday passed i called on wednsday again and was told they will pik it up thursday which they came on friday. after 4weeks i called the callcentre i was told that they are unable to fix my phone and they will give me a new phone they have to check with the supplier if they have the same model, the next day i recieved a call and was told that i will recieve the same phone within the next coming 4days. its been twoweeks now i havent recieved the fone and when i call they tell me they waiting for the supplier.whats the use of havn insuranc
