It started with a call to Pinncle where Rozita Daniels was kind enough to assist me through the process as my HTConeX had fell and i had to send it for repairs everything was processed and 1 week later I called to followup and was then informed via Email my HTC was BER (beyond economic repaired). So i asked what will happen now and she advised me to call 086 123 8242[24MobilityUnderwriters] Amier then informed me my claim is R6600 and i said cool I'll see what MTN has then i called again and asked what if the phone is more. I was advised that not more than R1000 added to claim amout can be paid in by myself so I said i'll find one. I then finally got a Phone [Galaxy Note2] Which has Quad core, Size screen, battery life and Android based to Do the work i do [IT] same as the phone I had before. Mtn then said they will keep the phone and ill have to get paper work sent to mtn and pay the difference. The BAD BAD service started when i called 24 mobility again to confirm I found a Phone. They then declined me because of some known as Donovan Fourie who is a Team leader at there call centre said No yet i was informed before that I can take the Phone. What I Hate thee most is LIARS
