I am a loyal payer of my phone insurance with 24hr mobility, my phone fell and stopped working, i went to MTN to put in a claim and the consultant there told me someone from 24 hr will call me to come and collect the phone for repairs, it is over a week now and know one has called and i'm stuck without a phone after i was informed that they would connect me within 24 hours, i am disgusted with their service and hope no one goes through what i am going through, cause when you that up insurance, you want security not grief!!!
