I then downloaded all relevant forms and reported it to the police, i then called through to do the claim thinking that is was going to be the beginning of the end.
I got through to Rozita and she was polite and very professional, she then advised me to email her the relevant documents and told me to call the next day to see what the progress of my claim is.
to my surprise even before i got time to call through i got a call from rozita saying that my claim is approved and i can go get my new phone.
