A WEEK PASSED STILL NO FEEDBCK REALLY DISAPPOINTED

Continued Report: They then declined me because of some known as Donovan Fourie who is a Team leader at there call centre said No yet i was informed before that I can take a Phone. What I Hate thee most is LIARS.Thee worse part is that they wana give me some slow phone called a S3 mini that phone cannot handle the work I do and The Phone which i had before the feature cant be compared Either they find a NEW HTConex[Discontinued] orthe HTConex Plus. I do not pay insurance for this BAD BAD service. I was sceptical about takin the insurance by 24mobility but it came recommended by MTN its giving MTN a BAD name that there third party insurance cant do there JOBS properly. Porch Sithole tried assisting me but that Donovan Fourie was so adamant on declining the paper work needed by MTN for me to Finish the process of Recieving my Handset. The worse part is that I asked them cross questions about why they declining me and yet I followed there process and they changed it, the Time I asked for paper work the Handset cost R950 extra which is money that i will be paying and its under the R1000 margin they placed. Pathetic service i must say. Worst by Far. This Investigation takn way to Long
