I got a cheaper Insurance quote from a Competitor Company in November last year. When I phoned Auto and General I was told that they did not want to loose a client and would try a match the competitors quote, they could not match it but came in very close so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But behold 2 months later, yes you guessed right they increased my policy again "Yearly Increase" thats what they say!! When I called in and asked how can they increase after just giving me a decrease they say they cannot relook at my premiums. Is this normal practice for them to entice their clients back by dangling a carrot and then kicking them straight back down. I'm sorry that I trusted them in the first place. I should have taken the opportunity with the cheaper quote from the competitor without hesitation but I will fix that now and Auto and General will just loose a loyal customer. Remember times are tough and by throwing away customers is not going to make it easier on you.
