I had a client who received a renewal on an insurance policy and he was really unhappy about the huge increase the insurer wanted impose on him. We managed to quote the client but cindy went the extra mile in confirming the clients insurance and claims history. Spoke to management and we were able to honour a really good premium with the company auto and general and the client was very pleased at the level of effort and service cindy delivered on behalf of auto and general. We placed the client at auto and general and our client is left very happy.
