Payment arrangement

Hi. about a month ago i took out a short term loan with fnb. not the first time i took out this loan and always pay them back in time. but the loan i took out more than a month ago i couldnt pay back, because of unexpected expenses. i know i must pay back and would like to pay the loan off. can someone please contact me about payment arrangement. i want to sort it out asap.
