My car was broken into for the 2nd time, where Auto & General settled on a claim amount which i was not happy about, a manager then re-looked at my claim and accepted to pay me out in full the amount which i was covered for. Now i can buy a new system for my car.
I then got a cheaper quote from another company for insurance, and contact my insurance, spoke with Tinashe, and he has matched the quote i received, therefore no need to change insurance companies now, as Auto & General are helping me saving costs, i now pay a less premium monthly as well as excess is less.
I love my insurance, for going the extra mile, helping me, and willing to adjust to my needs.
