As is the case with all insurance companies, each year, on the anniversary of the policy they review their premiums. On receiving my new insurance schedule, I was shocked to say the least. I am a pensioner, and even though my pension does not increase, the premium does. I have to have insurance but it is a matter of being able to afford the premium. Auto and General have really gone out of their way to meet my financial needs and make it affordable for me. Thank you, Auto and General and Craig who called me to advise as to how they will assist me. I will certainly recommend Auto and General to family and friends.
