OUTSURANCE does not give the R400 cash back as indicated on their ads if they cant beat your current insurance.
They talk about a 15% discount but then a pathetic amount of excess R8000, how crazy is that! How can you pay R8000 excess on a simple 1.4 ambiente. Plus, when they offer the excess which is less, their premiums hit sky rocket of more than R300 than your current insurance.
Why am I not getting or even being offered my R400 cash back because they clearly did not better my current premium!!!
