I spoke to one of their consulant onthe 1 decand cancelled it on the 15 jan via email to nkululeko and he is no longer an employee of them and i asked for a cancellatio letter that states that i cancelled the policy and they said they cant because their IT people said they dont find the email that i sent and now that are saying the money tat was debited on my account of so i cant dispiute the account with capitec bank... and they saud the money i paid is gone and they took and cant reverse i am really dissappointed and disgusted by their services cause it did serve their 30 days notice
