Alberante Autospray was appointed by Momentum Short Term Insurance to make repairs to a accident Damaged vehicle. they received the vehicle on the 04th of Feb 2013. It is a month later, and if we did not follow up and make enquiries, nothing would have happened until now.
The vehicle was in stripping for about 15 days, and when we enquired, the vehicle was either in stripping of they were waiting for spares. Chicken and egg situation? After we started making enquiries, all the spares miraculously appeared withing 24 hours.
To make a long story short, we received no feedback or service updates from either them or Momentum. The next week will be the test, because we have a commitment from them that the vehicle will be finished and ready by the 6th of March 2013. Maybe there is redemption for them, but none for Momentum STI, who is the controller in this matter, that did not lift a finger to help their client.
