I decided to sekwestrate with at the time 'Tiyani Consulting' Ursula came to see me. She gave me the forms to complete and I paid R3000 for her services to represent me. Afterwards, I was unsure about how to complete all the information on the forms and we scheduled a meeting. We never made the meeting.. message after message, each time she said she will call me back and never did. Was always with a client.
I came to situation where I anyway had to sell all my personal goods and contacted her again.. She once again said she would phone me back. I relocated to a different province. I tried to contact her.. I send her messages explaining my situation and that I could no longer sekwestrate anyway.. and seeing that she never came back to me. Could she please refund me my monies I paid to her. needless to say. Im being ignored. I really feel that she should pay my money back as I was not given any service or assistance. Only empty promises.
