FNB Has the worst customer service ever, have 3 business accounts, 2 personal accounts, would have thought that will make a difference to them but no, it doesnt. always struggling with online banking, cellphone banking, & after numerous of stopped debit orders still FNB Let debit orders goes off on the accounts wasting my valueble time to go into a branch each time to reverse all the stopped debit orders? Has FNB lost its touch with its customers? Just a note: Alberton branch is not responsible for this!!! FNB how can we not help you?
