I have always had a problem with debit orders from providers i don't know, but I think this is a problem that I share with many FNB clients, for some reason it's very common at FNB.
In the past, FNB has always reversed these debit orders when I completed the debit order dispute form, but recently I was told they can no longer reverse these.
My thinking is, if you're going to stop helping us manage our accounts do you think we'll stay? why do you think we bank with you, for ebucks and entry into the slow lounge? Really?
