I haven't received ebucks since August of 2012, so I made a complaint, only to get a call from FNB who says that the terms and conditions changed and I must re-register etc etc but then the most interesting part came, "we sent you a notification of this change", now unless fnb thinks I can communicate with them telepathically, no correspondence has ever been received on my end whether as to this change. So let me make this clear, change your motto, FNB, because you clearly are of no help to me or my business, and I want everyone to see this post and know what a pathetic bank you are, ABSA has its own rewards system, but you don't see them changing their terms and conditions without telling their clients.
