No response from accounts department

I applied for a revolving loan through online banking and was contacted by a agent on the 23rd of February 2013. Everything was done and she said that I would recieve a email from accounts with a terms and conditions paper I have to sign with a copy of my id book. To this date I havent heard from Fnb yet. I phoned this morning just so that another agent could tell me that it is still pending. According to me the agent told me Saturday that it has been approved and I have just to wait for the email which I am still waiting for. So am I going to get email still this year because clearly communications between Fnb's departments isnt up to standard and making clients furious receiving bad service.
