Please help!!

On Thursday last week I applied online for a personal loan.
On Friday M Khumalo called me and did a telephonic application and the loan was approved. I asked for R10 000 which was approved, she read me the terms and conditions and advised that she would email me a copy of the contract.
I asked whether I could get the money on the same day and was advised that she would do her best otherwise it would take 24 hours to reflect.
Tomorrow will be 5 days later. No sign of the money and no feedback from Ms Khumalo.

Today, after much frustration I figured the only way to get someone to contact me would be to apply for another loan, which I did.

A gentleman called and said he would follow up. He called me 15 minutes later to advise that he was waiting on feedback. Another day has now gone by.

My fiance applied for a loan previously without any hassles and the money was in his bank account hours later.
What's the difference now?

Please could we resolve this as it's highly frustrating waiting for money which was already approved and supposed to be in my bank account!!!

I'm really disappointed standard bank. Never received this type of service from you guys before.
