So FNB can help??? please tell me how? as i am yet to be assisted by you!!!
i applied for a revolving loan. to get told i have had to many changes on my credit profile over the last 6 months. me decreasing my overdraft, and moving to a platinum cheque and platinum credit card THAT YOU OFFERED TO ME!!! then i get a call from a lady who said she will call me to sort it out. well still waiting for that call. then i try online application. successful... one would hope. but alas, despite me accepting all terms and conditions i get no feedback except an email stating "If you have any enquiries, please call 0860 327 827, using reference number 9ABMTTCS. " now when i call i get told nothing has been done and i need to sign and initial each page. what page??? i was never sent anything and i accepted it online. hence the reason its called ONLINE APPLICATION!!! clearly FNB has enough money and clients. how can you tell someone they cannot take a loan because they increased their portfolio with you??? clearly another bank will get my business.
