Good Day,
I have a loan with Nedbank and when i lost my job i was unable to pay and asked for help. I eventually got another job then went under debt review and started paying nedbank. This did not stop them at all from calling all the time for payments. I eventually called for a balance in Jan 2013 and was told the balance is R16 000, I made a payment of R7000 on the 25 January after which i received a call for another payment, no "thank you for the payment" until i asked for a thank you from the consultant. I then asked for a balance and was told its R12 000, i was very angry as i paid R7000 from R16000 then a month later the balance is R12000. Where did R3000 interest come from over 31 days? i am so upset and disgusted in the level of service. I was told that the reason why the balance is R12000 is because it accumalated daily interest, i asked the consultant how much and she simply replied "i am not sure, we dont know what the interest rate is per day" how unprofessional is this? then i asked for the manager and she said the manager doesnt know the interest rate as well. Very dissapointed honestly.
