EXTREMELY ANGRY

To start off, I work for a Non profit organisation and I know what it feels like for people in need to be put on a line and not get the service they need! If i didn't go back or even answer a simple question via email, my job will be in jeopardy!

I applied for my loan and it was approved on Friday, 12 June 2013. Once the documents was emailed through I've asked the agent I dealt with (krystle) in writing how long this loan will take to pay out. Never did I get an email response back. Only after phoning the call center, I was informed it was going to take 10 days.

I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. Now I cant get a loan anywhere else, because this one is pending and I needed the money by latest Wednesday to do a urgent payment! Now i am stuck and they don't give a about my obligations.

I emailed the agent again this morning to check on the status, no feedback.
I'm so tired of receiving bad service! I am surely the client, why am i not treated as one!
