My car is currently insured with Dial Direct, and I have been a client since 2007.
I want to update my vehicle model, so have gone onto the website for a cost estimate (details below)

Total Monthly Premium: R 509.76

However, when a consultant called me back, and asked me practically the same set of questions, the quotation jumped to almost R800.
This is a massive discrepancy between the cost estimate and the actual quotation, so feels like you're misleading customers.
Also, a month ago, I accidentally locked my keys into the car. I paid the locksmith and he advised that Dial Direct will reimburse the cost, as they have done so for previous customers. I have submitted feedback in this regard via your website, but have had no response, and no compensation as yet.
Very bad customer service!
