NOT HELPING NON FNB CLIENTS

WHEN PEOPLE LOOK AT GETTING HOME LOANS / BONDS THEY WANT TO GO TO ALL BANKS AND GET THE BEST RATE AND SERVICE POSSIBLE. ITS HARD EARNED MONEY AFTER ALL.SO A LADY FROM FNB CALLED ME AND THE GAVE ME A PERSON CALLED KRISHNA EMAIL ADDRESS AND THAT THEY WOULD HELP ME. A FEW DAYS AGO HE EMAILED ME SAYING HE HAS THE FORMS AND IS WORKING ON IT. IN THE MEANTIME ANOTHER LADY EMAILED ME NUMEROUS TIMES TELLING ME THAT THEY WILL NOT LOOK INTO MY APPLICATION AS I AM NOT A FNB CLIENT. ITS FRUSTRATING TO THINK WE WENT THROUGH THE PROCESSES WITH FNB TO GET NOWHERE AND END UP RIGHT WHERE WE STARTED. IM REALLY NOT IN THE MOOD WITH THEM ANYMORE. I WANTED TO GO AND BANK WITH THEM SO I CAN GET EBUCKS AND PETROL REWARDS BUT WHY SHOULD I. I WILL STAY WITH MY HOPELESS BANK AT-LEAST THEY DON'T TURN ME AWAY WHEN I NEED ASSISTANCE IT MAKE TAKE VERY LONG BUT HEY IT GETS DONE. FNB BRAG ABOUT LEADING IN BANKING BUT BY TURNING PEOPLE AWAY I WOULD SAY THEY AT THE BACK OF THE LINE.
