My Vodacom profile

My problems started 2 Nov with my vodacom online profile (ref #0089~9WTJ), could not log in, eventually it was fixed and i could log in again and i followed the steps/instructions i was given to link another number to my profile. Nov 11 (ref # 003F~FU7A) and i'm back to square one!!
