I closed my Standard Bank account in November 2012, but my account is still being debited with debits I have no idea of. Now I see a negative balance on my account of R-180, when i was actually in credit in December on that account when i reported this matter. I was assured that i would be credited and that the account would be closed, part 2. Guess what nothing has happened. I'm totally appalled with the lack of service. I banked with Standard Bank for over twenty years and it seems the only technology that has been implemented is telling people in a nice way, "please go to your nearest branch and they will be able to assist you". I'm completely frustrated and have no idea how to correct this.
