I had a current account at standard bank which I've closed in January 2012. I've moved my account to FNB. 1 Year later I was contacted by MBD for an outstanding balance on the current account which was closed in January 2012.
How is it possible for a current account which didn't had any overdraft to to have an outstanding balance?
And how can any activity occur on the account if the account is closed?
Now I'm handed over to the attorneys and listed as a bad payer when I've just settle and amount of R67000 on Standard bank vehicle finance. This for and current account which I've closed a year ago.

Standard bank is the most incompetent bank in South africa
