Billing on Closed Acc, failure to switch Deb Orde

Hello Peter. My bank account has been hacked and contracts were opened in my name. The cloned my ID, he also had all my bank account details including my payslip. I have reported the matter to the Brighton Beach SAPS. I have also informed my Bank, Std Bank to clear all my accounts, which was done in Dec 2013. I then requested the bank to switch all my debit orders to the new account, which they never did up to today. This account was closed on the 28th of December 2013, it's been over a month now! Recently I have been getting calls from the head office to say my account is in negative and I need to pay the sum of R100. My question is, why are they debiting my account even though its been closed? Now, they haven't swicthed my debit orders and they are charging me on the old account. I am disputing all charges and i demand standard bank to reverse all those charges. I have made efforts to contact the branch, but all they keep on saying is that a consultant will contact me and nobody has ever botherd to call me.
