FNB Slow Lounge Access

I am a Platinum customer and my account is in good standing, a few months ago I used my Credit Card to gain access to the Slow Lounge and was billed for it. I spoke to 2 consultants and they told me that my spend on my credit card had to be increased to R5000 instead of R3000, so I go to the terms and conditions on the FNB homepage and it clearly says R3000. A few days later I receive an email to say that the charges will not be reversed and theres nothing I can do, today I look at my account and Ive been charged R1000 on my cheque acc for 4 visits in December, when I have more that R5000 going out of my cheque account. A consultant at credit card division told me their consultants are never wrong, the customer is. What type of service is that? FNB offers you all these reward programmes but in the end you end up paying more that you should. I am seriously considering going back to Std Bank. You will get nowhere with FNB.
