I logged a claim on the 3rd of Jan, and the 3 agents mentioned above were assigned and none of them helped me. Im still lost about whats happening to my claim even today. When you call they take you from pillar to post and you know what Im fed up!!! Under the stress of being in an accident you actually need a good insurance to ease the claim process with COMPETENT AGENTS!!! Sooooo unhappy
