1. Slow lounge access: before a visit to the slow lounge, I checked the criteria for entry, knowing that I spent R5000 on my FNB credit card in the month previous, we accessed the slow lounge. Now almost 2 months later, and after several email requests to the premier banking email address and no response, i called the premier banking today to be told that the spend has to be within a statement period. Why the doesn't anyone tell you this? Where are the emails to advise the customer? Why do we have to "research"?
2. Credit card : 55days interest free, I am being charged interest on a balance that is not 55 days old?
3. Personal premier banker: call centre tells me that in order to have this service there is further criteria in terms on income? So what is the point of the platinum service?
4. R150 charge on the delivery of smart device which I collected from a FNB dot store. Only reversed after I query it.
5. Petrol card: charge for every fueling, what is the point of a petrol card if you will be charged for filing petrol? Apart from the monthly fee?

Feels like I am constantly scrutinizing my statements cos FNB is going to rip me off in so many ways!!!
