I have been waiting for my refund for 7 weeks now where i was promised to get the refund in three weeks. When i call now again they tell me that i didnt give them banking details with an attitude and i gave them. I am still waiting for the email from the last person i spoke to at the head office who didnt disclose her name. Such bad service just to refund someone their money I am very dissappointed and want my money before end of today.
