My refund

I report this bank about their bad service, they overcharged my payments until i complain and then they promise to refund me my money off which they did but to a wrong account. That account was closed long time ago and the bank has rellocated account to another client because I was their client 6years ago. My refund was R2049.16 R95.00 MULTIPLY BY 3 this was done on the 16 March 2013 but to a wrong account not of MR MANDLENKOSI MKHWANAZI.I then go to New Germany Branch, Pinetown area in Durban to complain again about my refund, they promise to solve this problem till today then i phone their main branch in Johannesburg i spoke to their consultant Nicholas and supervisor Siyabonga Mseleku who promise to help me and both of them ask me to fax my new banking details of which i did even the proof from Standard Bank that i no longer had an account with them but still even today i'm still waiting for my money. I've been phoning this bank almost everyday but they not helping me and i'm fed up with AFRICAN BANK their service is BAD what they did to me is stressful i've wasted lot of money phoning them, I thank you African Bank for what you did to me.
