I had a Standard bank account and it was a cheque account with no over draft on it as I never wanted one due to the cost that were involved with the greedy bank. I have been receiving phone calls from a very rude company called Nimble collections stating I have a outstanding amount on my account with Standard bank and they want payment or else. I would like to know how Standard bank managed to put the account in over draft if I never signed for it and never wanted the over draft due to this problem that they have created for themselves. I requested a statement and all on the statement was bank charges for the debits that never was cancelled by the bank after a request was done at a branch and they never did their work. I am confused how did this happen without permission for me for this to be done and put account in over draft. I know for a fact if a person has no over draft on a account and a debit goes off and there is no funds for that debit it will get sent back quicker than it went off the account and charges will be put on. So how did the bank keep the charges on the account and not send that back very double Standards at Standard bank Quick -Better-Faster to sc%%w a person.
