Shocking service

I am not understanding why debit order, went through. While the communication was sent for update you that, I am now under dept review. I need the R1, 550.00 reversed as a Matter of urgency. I called the debt review Spoke to Shaun. I need the money paid back. Please as in today. I need to pay Summit financial services. I am not happy with the service, a week is too long for me. please. The request was sent on the same day as other companies such as Wesbank and they did not debit my account. Please assist with the reversal
