My husband had apply for debt review with Siyaya debt solutions and we are married out of community my concern I raised with the company why they stop debit orders of the standard bank without my concern and I have not apply for the debt review. I have contacted the company to assist since the bank requested me to inform them to withdraw so that the debit order will continue. The account was not paid and there are arrears. I can not apply for any financial assistance due to the case. My concern since October 13 was not paid what will happen to us since I don't get any feedback. I request the company to withdraw the review on the bonds account so that I can continue paying the premium as I was doing prior. I am not the Siyaya customer my husband is but I have been affected.
